1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and satu8 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs access to and use of the satu8.onl website and all services provided on it, including slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting and live betting.
By proceeding with account registration or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement. This acceptance takes effect from the date you first access the platform.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the stated requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonuses may only be used for gambling within the satu8 platform.
satu8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or a breach of terms. Bonuses may also be offered through the satu8 VIP programme, which consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each tier providing a different weekly cashback rate.
5 Game Rules
All games available on the satu8 platform — including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook, esports and live betting — are subject to the individual game rules set by the respective software providers.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the result recorded by the satu8 server is final. Any disputed result must be reported to customer support within 72 hours of the incident.
- Players must play independently and are not permitted to use automated software, bots or any tools that could provide an unfair advantage.
- Collusion between players is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
- Bets placed cannot be cancelled once a game round has started.
- Odds values and sports betting markets may change before an event begins.
satu8 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet placed due to a technical error, system disruption or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account.
